Our platform is completely custom. Can you still migrate it?
Yes, that is what this service is for. We have moved stores off bespoke builds, ancient carts, and agency systems with no documentation. The first phase is always archaeology: understanding the data and logic before touching anything.
What if the original developers are gone?
Common, and fine. We work from the database, the code, and the behavior of the live system rather than from anyone's memory. Where knowledge is genuinely lost, we validate against real order history until the mapping proves itself.
How do you make the cutover safe?
Staged launches, parallel-run validation where the data allows it, and a rollback plan that stays live until the new store has proven itself in production. Legacy migrations get more safety engineering, not less.
