Honest Seamoss

A Shopify storefront that turns sea moss education into daily-ritual subscriptions

2025Health & Wellness

The brief

Honest Seamoss sells ocean-grown wellness: sea moss gels, capsules, and Mineral Bites with 2000mg of sea moss and bladderwrack in every serving. Most customers arrive with questions, not a shopping list, so the storefront teaches first: what sea moss does, how it is sourced, how to take it. We designed and built a Shopify store where education flows into the cart, subscriptions carry the repeat ritual, and the brand's purple world stays unmistakable on every screen.

The storefront

A store that answers before it asks

New customers do not know their gels from their capsules, so the storefront leads with education: benefit-first sections, sourcing story, and honest answers to the questions every first-timer brings. By the time the product grid arrives, the visitor already knows why it matters. Selling wellness is trust work, and the storefront does that work on every scroll.

The craft

Built for the daily ritual

Wellness lives on repetition, so the buying flow is built around the reorder: subscriptions with a clear saving sit first on every product, bundles pack the routine into one add to cart, and dosage guidance answers the how-much question before it gets asked. One purchase becomes a habit, and the store makes the habit the easy path.

Honest Seamoss Mineral Bites

In hand

Wellness shopping at thumb speed

Supplements get bought in stolen moments, on the couch, between sets, after the school run, so the mobile store keeps every path short. Education is skimmable, products explain themselves in a swipe, and the subscribe option is never more than a thumb away. The purple stays loud, the friction stays gone.

The system

One purple thread through every page

From the education hub to the product grid to checkout, the store runs on one visual system: brand purple used with intent, photography that makes sea moss look like food rather than medicine, and layouts that hold their calm no matter how much information they carry. It reads like one brand telling one story, page after page.

Honest Seamoss brand world
Exceeded expectations. The quality of the work and the speed of delivery were awesome compared to my past experiences. One of the best.

Where it landed

Honest Seamoss now runs education, subscriptions, and international selling from one Shopify admin. First-time visitors arrive curious and leave subscribed, the team publishes new education content without a developer, and the brand's purple world holds together from the first scroll to the reorder email.
